Zbeda Group
The Group, founded in 1964 by the late Shlomo Zbeda, is one of the most established and leading companies in Israel’s automotive sector. Owned by the Zbeda family, the Group has grown steadily and impressively since its establishment, combining strong family values with ongoing business innovation.
The Group is engaged in the import, marketing, and distribution of a wide range of automotive products, alongside activities in the Home DIY sector and advanced logistics services. Today, the Group employs approximately 200 people and serves over 8,000 customers nationwide, including workshops, spare parts retailers, convenience stores, gas stations, government offices, local authorities, emergency and security organizations, leasing companies, and vehicle importers.
Part of a Global Community – NEXUS Automotive International
Zbeda Group is the exclusive representative in Israel of NEXUS Automotive International—the world’s largest trade organization in the automotive aftermarket sector. Operating in more than 130 countries, the organization brings together leading suppliers and distributors worldwide, with a strong focus on driving innovation, professionalism, and global growth.
The Group plays an active role in NEXUS’s Global Strategy Committee and participates in international initiatives, including the development of franchise workshop networks and the delivery of professional training programs for industry professionals in Israel and around the world.
Infrastructure, Management & Diverse Operations
The Group’s headquarters and advanced logistics center are located in the Lev HaAretz industrial zone in Rosh HaAyin. The Group operates using advanced management methods and innovative technologies inspired by the high-tech world, while maintaining a family-oriented culture and strong relationships of trust with both employees and customers.
Atlas Logistics operates as a fully owned subsidiary of the Group and serves as the operational and logistical backbone of all its activities.
The state-of-the-art logistics center spans approximately 19,000 m² and is equipped with advanced machinery, automated systems, and one of the most sophisticated inventory management systems in Israel. Thanks to this infrastructure, Atlas is capable of storing and distributing over 100,000 items with exceptional accuracy, reliability, and speed—while maintaining one of the highest SLA levels in the industry.
